How will I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation via email.
Can I make changes or cancel my online order?
We DO NOT accept canceled orders. Once the order has been processed and or sent to a shipping facility, we are not able to cancel it. Most orders start processing within one hour after it has been placed. In this case, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the return procedure.
Can I change the style, color or size after an order is placed?
Please contact us immediately via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). If you contact us before you receive your order confirmation email it may be possible to make changes. However, once an order begins processing no changes can be made. Some orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. In this case, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the normal return policy procedure. Clearance or sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
How long is processing?
Most orders take 1-7 business days for processing. Some orders process faster than others!! This does not include shipping time. Shipping time starts after processing. (Please see Billing, Shipping & Returns for more information)
When is my order shipped?
Most orders are delivered 1-3 business days after the order is shipped. This DOES NOT include processing time! We use USPS First Class, Priority and Express shipping for all orders in the continental US. Orders will arrive within 1-3 business days unless Next Day shipping options were chosen at checkout. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska also arrive in 3 - 7 business days; orders to US Virgin Islands, Guam and Puerto Rico and other countries outside U.S. usually take about 2 weeks to arrive. If you have not received your order after 14 business days, please contact email@example.com immediately!
How can I track the status of my order?
After your order has been shipped you will receive an E-mail Confirmation along with a tracking number to track the status of your order.

What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases, and when am I billed?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Why do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
We are required to charge sales tax in the state of Florida because it is the home location where our garments are produced and shipped.
What shipping options are available in the continental USA?
All orders in the continental USA ship via USPS priority mail unless Next Day shipping options were chosen at checkout for an additional fee.
What are the shipping fees?
Shipping within the continental USA starts at $5.95 per order. Price goes up depending on the weight of the package. Express shipping options are available only in the continental USA Next Day starting at $30 per order. Express Shipping orders must be placed by 1:00pm EST to ship that same day. Express shipping ships after processing. Shipping time DOES NOT include processing time. Some processing times may be expedited in the event of overnight shipping. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for exact processing times for your overnight order especially if the order is time sensitive.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
Please provide your correct email address and preferably your contact number so that we could contact you should there be any problems with ambiguous shipping addresses. (If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.)
Shipping & Billing Information
It is highly recommended that your shipping address should be the same as your billing address. Your order will be subjected to a fraud risk assessment and the order could be withheld or delivered to your billing address if the risk of fraud is anticipated as high.
Custom (International) Duties Disclaimer
The item is sent from United States of America. We are not responsible for any charges/duties/taxes (customs fee vary from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties.)
Exchange & Returns, Refunds
Our exchange policy is 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase and we have not been notified of any issues and have not received your returned garment, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Exchanges may also only be awarded if the exchanged item is still in stock in the preferred size.
We will gladly exchange your product if the garment is UNWORN AND UNUSED. Any garment sent back which shows signs of wear and tear will be returned and the owner will be notified of our decision. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email with details of the problem to email@example.com
REFUNDS (if applicable)
ALL SALES ARE FINAL* Please ensure the item you order is the item you want! Also, please review and be aware of your size before purchasing to ensure accurate sizing. Exchanges may be available if the item to be exchanged is still in stock.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, without its original packaging/tags, or is not returned within 7 days after original delivery date will NOT be exchanged or refunded. Any returned item which does not fit the above criteria shall be returned to its owner with no refund. We DO NOT cover shipping cost of returns.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for the return of an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it takes an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live. Please allow 20 business days to receive an exchange.
If you are returning an item over $75, consider using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
