Can you imagine for a moment, a second, something small, quiet, simple and direct?
Can you imagine what you would be like if you could gently release all pretenses and just be here in this moment?
What would you be like?
What would you feel like?
Can you imagine for a second, what your authentic self feels like?
Let me tell you, if you can do that even for a moment, you see the world in a new way.
I wrote about a technique that you can use to quiet your mind and see the world anew, and I have been practicing with it for a few days.
Let me tell you with this mediation, the world feels entirely amazing!
For me, its like my brain begins to light up, and pleasurizes your sensory input.
The world becomes an incredibly exciting experience!
It feels like finally our world, our reality, can come into our mind, and fully give to us what its trying to send our way. Which is, hopefully, more pleasing experiences.
When we quiet our minds, we create this vortex, where we pull information, light, and pleasurable experiences into ourselves.
Our world then becomes a sensual world. An experiential world.
Smells take on a whole new meaning and purpose.
Light and color give you joy.
Artwork strikes you and goes straight to the heart.
Animals give you giddy pleasure and happiness just to watch them!
When you bypass the intellect, the world becomes a playground!
Luckily, you can always return to your rational mind. No need to worry.
I wouldn’t recommend leaving it far behind, for that would be too big of a change.
But I do recommend trying out this meditation, and see how you can play with your world a bit.
