The Easiest Way To Quiet Your Mind

I came across a technique to quiet the mind that works so well, I felt compelled to share it.

This particular method was developed by Jo Dunning.
Here’s what you do:

Do you know where your crown chakra is?

Start by bringing your focus and awareness to the point just below the top of your head. It is roughly where your crown chakra is.

Once you find this point, begin to focus on that point, and watch as your thoughts begin to quite down.

That’s it!

Amazing how quiet it gets right?

Its hard to imagine how much you think until you take a break from all that thinking!

Once you practice this for a while, you can try it while you take a shower, read a book, watch a movie, or just go for a walk. You can start to see and experience the world anew!

    hi,
    I have heard (and practiced) something very similar, another point: in the middle of one’s forehead. Saying that’s the location where thoughts arise.
